That's just what I was looking for, Larry. Thank you. So the bottom bracket is attached to the bogey mounting box using both bolt bosses.
I think that's a good design that just needs a little tweaking. It'd be easy enough to retrofit the existing swing arm by cutting off the bottom hinge/attachment bracket and fabricating a new one that would separate the 2 functions.
The bottom part would attach to the bogey mounting box using the same two bolts and have a central vertical bolt that would act as a horizontal pivot.
The top part of the lower bracket could be a piece of steel angle welded to the bottom of the shortened swing arm, and it'd have a hole for the pivot bolt.
There can't be that much twisting going on as the bogeys flex - probably just a few degrees of motion is all that would be needed.
I couldn't watch the video as it wouldn't play. I tried to download it to watch it later, but after about 10 minutes it was at 24 kilobytes. I didn't think anyone still used kilobytes anymore!

No narration - just a humming Onan. The benefit of this over the Quadra-Bag was that the bogies are still connected (and it was cheaper).
