hdforge,

What year coach? (This can make a big difference.)
Do you have a fully hard surface to pull it out on to?"

Here are some photos of our front clip. Ours is a 76 Glenbrook. (Don't know if that makes a difference.) Ours was balanced quite well. The wife and I
pulled it out with our truck. We had jack stands to catch it if it wanted to tilt. After it was out we clamped two bars to the rails and pushed it
into the garage like a wheel barrel. To be safe I would set up jack stands or blocks to catch it when it comes free of the frame in case yours is
different from ours.

This is just how we did it. Yours might be different????

Be safe that thing is HEAVY.

Sounds like a plan!! When we rolled the clip back in I just pumped up the tires and rolled it across the gravel till it was on a piece of plywood then
changed the tires for the rims. You need to get the coach high enough to clear the upper shock mounts.
Jim

Coach is a 76 eleganza 2. When I saw the pic of your wife holding the subframe by the extenders I thought it would be easier than expected.
Coach is on crushed stone, once the front is pulled a few feet it is on blacktop and then a few more feet into the garage.
I have an old tow bar, thinking if I bolt it to the frame and bumpers that should be good.
