Does propane get old? Like 10 year old - old ? Mine still burns but seems to
put out 'smoke'. Not good combustion. Just wondering.

Dean,
Propane does not go bad. The regulator, hoses and final end user can deteriorate, and at least the rubber parts can age out. Would suggest that you could have a low pressure coming out of the regulator, check it , it should be 11 Inches/water. What end user are you talking about, stove or heater. Check the air passages to the burner and furnace for mice deposits or spider webs.

If your giving off smoke, check to see if there is a adjustable sleeve to
allow more air to mix.
