I'm doing the same thing. We use the furnace in the spring and fall a bit, rarely use the cooktop, and never have used the oven.
I picked up a single stage BBQ regulator, but I'd like to stick with the two-stage type. My reading is two-stage is required on RV's due to automatic
operation of large gas consuming appliances. The only large gas consuming appliance is the furnace and its less than 1/2 my BBQ's BTU.
My tank won't sit upright, I need to tilt it in about 1/2" at the bottom. And figure some way of fastening it in place.
