Have you seen the porch light that is on 78 Royale's and maybe others?? It
is a chrome plated fixture that fits into an opening cut in the coach skin,
so it is flush with the surface. Cinnabar sells them and they can be found
for considerably less (~ $4.00) in RV salvage stores. I've got several on
hand at home. I plan to install a second one just ahead of the driver's
side rear side window so that when you hook up at night, there is light
available.

Finally I am going to replace the porch light with a Florissant Thinline
outdoor light. I just dont like them pimples.

Just to add my two cents, I replaced my out side light with one that has a
motion detecttor. Got it from camping world and when I walk to coach the
light comes on. When no-one there - nothing. Really liked it so much that I
put one in the bathroom. Puts just a little light when one has to make that
late night visit and you don't want all the light in the world on.
Works great and I recommend it to anyone.
