All this talk of pods has me thinking again. A dangerous situation.
I am in the process of designing a more aerodynamic PODD for the ski and
snowboard market. Actually have the design and all the details worked
out. Just need to make a dye to bend the smaller radiuses. I didn't
think the Motor Home market would be interested. Once things calm down
around here a little I will get more organized. I am making one for
myself which tucks in behind the AC. No higher than, but a little wider.
I have the Dometic Penguin AC. Only a 9" profile. My PODD+ will be a
little low for tall items, but will take what I need to put in it. I can
make it 72" long and still leave room for the rear vent and room for air
flow through the AC. I am in the process now so I should have pictures
on my site in the next couple of weeks. Again, if someone wants a custom
configuration, I will try my hardest to accommodate them. Darren
