Is the original plastic laminate (thin Formica type material) on the Eleganza II dinette table is still available, or has anyone found a close match?

I had to get a replacement Ele II dinette table, since ours was originally
missing, and I think the laminate is way too light for the Ele II. As far
as matching the interior laminate of the Eleganza II, I found that
Wilsonart "RIO" 7947K-18 was about as close a match as I could find...and
with the sample chip it is a spot on match. Was this the same laminate use
on the top of the dinette?

Thanks for the input. Since "Rio" is a brazilian rosewood design, I think it might match the darker wood I've seen in many coaches. My coach has a
lighter-colored wood; maybe walnut.

The 77 Eleganza II wood was red oak. It has a brown stain on and it appearance can be improved greatly by stripping the doors and front to remove the stain and then finishing with Tung Oil, no other finish.

This album shows the cabinet facings and they can look really good.

If you strip the wood edge of the table it will look nice too.

Lots of tricks to the interior to make it feel bigger inside.

I would suggest stopping in to your local kitchen cabinet/top dealer. They
should have free sample chips that you can take home to try.

Yes, I have noticed that the dark brown solid wood cabinet fronts don’t match the plastic laminate used on the dinette table and the walls. I do
plan to strip the paint off the edges of the table and the leg once I get the surfaces redone.
