Three days and still all of my pictures are gone, I cannot upload new
pictures. I have been sending constant emails asking what is going on. I
guess the answer was to write an auto-answer program to send the attached
message.

I got a real person from one feedback address I sent to, he said not to
write to him, it was not his area, but that they had thousands of emails to
answer in support. So I guess they have the answer, write a program to
send answers, but don't fix the problem. Guess I will have to start over
under an ambiguous name so I can get a new account.

I hope its not that all the internet companies now need to show a profit, so
all freebee's are gone. Let's all hope that there is just a software
glitch.

I seem to recall a letter from PhotoPoint that they were having trouble but
not to worry everything was backed up so you wouldn't lose it. Just
remember, I'm a messenger, not the engineer of the train.{:>)
