Parts Voice is a locator service provider.

Dealers can contract with them to download/Upload there inventory to a
PartsVoice database.

There are several other firms that provide the locator database service also

Another that come to mind is One Touch.

General Motors has the largest locator database which is called Rapid 2000.

Hi Paul!

I seem to be having difficulty accessing the url, is the address correct?

Scott

Scott,
I got IE5 about a month or so ago, still having problems with it's workings.
Course, I don't do directions very well.{:>) I'm a touchy-feely guy. When
all else fails, I usually look for the directions and hope I can find them.

Are they on-line?
If so, does anyone have the URL?

Dave,
Looks like this is GM access only. Below came from dealer ad.

RAPID 2000/TRACS 2000: Every General Motors Retailer has the ability to use
TRACS 2000 or RAPID 2000 to find out exactly where GM Parts has inventory on
a needed part. Both systems may be used to place orders for parts that can
be delivered overnight.

Someone might try this location in Plano, TX for a specific part.
