This might be a good place to get the great Alcoa deal listed and the
Ramco mirrors deal also.
While, I am thinking of it, how about we negotiate a blanket purchase
order for, say, tires. We can approach The Tire Rack and negotiate a
volume price deal for 200-300 tires per year of Michelin, Bridgestone and
Goodyear, in preferred tire types, get a order number that guys can place
orders against for the volume price, pay with their own plastic and
arrange shipping themselves.
If this works we could do the same with other high ticket/ high volume
items. We have the power-why not expand its use such as was done with
Bearing Puller, Alcoas, etc!
