I want to attend the Myrtle Beach rally in march, but my 'transmode to
Motorhome' project may not be ready for supporting life (other than getting
a brew from the fridge at sitting in the dinette to enjoy it). Does this
mean that it would be inappropriate to attend?? The running gear is good
but the inside isn't finished. I'm taking the time to do a complete custom
job. Do the swap meets have good things for sale??

I haven't been to one so I'm unclear as to etiquette and protocol at these
events

Thom,

Come on down! You'll find coaches in all ranges of finish. I thought
mine would be the ugliest coach at Marion, but I was wrong(IMO). A
major part of the fun is standing around talking about what you want to
do here and there on your coach. While their may be a few snobs around,
don't pay them any attention. The swap meet is like a flea market,
you'll find some gems if you're lucky. Also, the commercial row will
have vendors there all week - some deals to be had there too.

Thom;

I'll be there with my transmode(even if I have to push it in) that is finished,
but it is a travelling office. Margaret and I will get a hotel close by and
comute. As they say at the track -
run what ya brung-

Marcus
