oversize brakes

Still tinkering with lost brakes, spindle problems I replaced
spindle with new one and have been waiting around for some brake parts
from Gary Miller. Finally got them only to find out that they don' t
work. His brake shoes are 2" wide while mine are 2/34 Backing plate is
different to accomodate wide shoes. The PO upgraded the brake system
with GM shoes from something. There are no #s on shoes so parts houses
are no help.Does anyone know where the wide brake shoes came from?

Calling off alert. Oversize brake shoes and drums come from 70s 1ton van.
Napa had in stock along w/ oversize whl cyls. Now have to get busy and fix
