Overflow tank

Does anyone know where to get a plastic radiator overflow tank. I am
assuming they are all the same for all years. If not ours is a 77 PB.
Also I know there a lot of sealants not to use , but what is the best one
for the seam where the top cap meets the windshield. The crack is so narrow
it's impossable to force anything inside it. For now have to try to seal
from the outside.

Emery that is exactly where our water leaks at, right by the rear view
mirror. What made me think that it was siphoning up was that in the 1/4 inch
grove above the gasket around window and the window frame water would puddle
there and when you would dry up that puddeling of water and then tapped on
the cap water would squirt out . Will check where you suggested tomorrow
just a little dark and cold out there now.
