Sorry to hear of your problems. Sounds a lot like me last year this time
(blown engine). 8-(
The K&N (R-1030) is an easy 1/2 job start to finish for the 6K model. You
just need to follow my directions and it doesn't require the belt sander if
you're good with a sharp knife. One of the easiest things I have done to the
coach as of yet. No oil leaks to speak of either... doesn't seam to smoke at
all.... Guess someone stole some oil when I was at Worlds of Fun!

Seems like alot of oil usage on the onan??? No external leaks?? On my last 2
trips my onan ran about 19+ hours and she used about 1/2qt of mobil 1
15/50wt and I had a slight drip at drain plug retighten and sofar so good, I
thought it would have been more due to the temps. being 80+ and humid to
120+ and dry. I don't believe my onan is the one that came with coach tho.
Will put her on another test in about 4-5 days. Is it much trouble
modifying the K&N filter to fit?
