Like everything else on the Onan, you'll find the Onan muffler to cost far
more than it should, just because it's ONAN. But I had my muffler replaced
at a muffler shop. From the catalog of muffler types and shapes you can pick
the closest size and shape with the nearest inlet/outlet sizes and put on a
muffler for far less than Onan. I think mine was normally used for tractors
of medium size. The length of tail pipe is your choice but most are past the
back bumper an inch or two.
