Your voltage drop is 15 and the manual allow 16 under maximum load,so you
may be normal if you are running near full load, however, your minimum
voltage is dropping below the spec value of 110 volts. Your no-load
voltage should be increased up to near 126 volts so it does not drop
below 110 volts. When I put in the electronic ignition and did the
sensitivity adjustment per the manual, I could barely see the meddle
wiggle on the AC when turning on the A/C. I don't recall the actual
voltage drop but it was very low.
