Onan Filters

GMC Help Team:

Tuning up the Onan for upcoming Alaska trip... Could not find any cross
reference for air filter. Local onan shop could order one soon... for
around $25!!! Back to napa and found Napa #6270 air filter. A little
longer (1") and a litter thicker (1/2") but does fit!. I needed a
longer treaded rod (about 1" longer than original). Total cost $16.
And now I can find at any napa place.

So... now that I did this... what SHOULD I have done???

I haven't found one locally yet, but earlier someone posted that a Fram
CA382 will also fit.

How about spark plugs for the Onan. I can't find them at any of
the auto parts stores. I know I can get them from the Onan
distributor at higher cost. Also I know I can get them from
Cinnabar etc. I would rather not do that. I would rather
just buy them from a local auto parts.
My Onan has Champion RH-12 which is the same as Champion
537 I'm told. I wonder where you guys buy your plugs.
