>From your description, it sounds like you have no DC excitation for the
AC Generator. Failed bridge rectifier...very common with OEM type Bridge
Rectifier (marginal voltage rating on BR). An aftermarket BR is
available at a much higher Voltage rating, less costly, but must be
adapted into BR mount. See Gene's Site for additional information. Also
don't assume the Circuit Breaker on top of the Onan is functional w/o
probing for AC power on each side of CB. Contact me off net if
additional info is desired (simmee).

PS: The most common failure of the remote control functions is a faulty
4 pin connector that is located on the floor/rear of the Onan
Compartment. Eliminate the connector by "Hard wiring" it w/crimp
connections & Electrical tape to seal connections.
