Onan Bearing part number

Hey GMC netters. what a great rainy , snowy, freezing cold January it has been here in eastern Canada. today while running the Onan to power my
fridge, freezer, internet and TV in the old stick and brick the Bearing on the end on the Generator had a noisy catastrophic failure. (the outer race
and most of the cage fell on the ground.) it was so bad that it stalled the Onan engine as if the pistons had seized.
anyway would someone have a part number or the number that maybe stamped on the bearing itself. the temps are about to plummet back into the negative
again tonight and I really don't want to pull it apart to find numbers then have to go back out to replace the part. would rather do it all at once.
also can this be replaced while the beast is in place.

Once you replace everything that is attached to something else. It will all be fixed.

Jim Miller had posted this just a couple of weeks ago. Turns out it is a common bearing obtainable by generic part number.

The Onan 6kw NH Operator and Parts manual, page 39, shows the bearing is Onan part# 510-0047. I have in my notes that this is a 6205 and some google
sleuthing of the Onan# seems to confirm it. Various -xx suffixes of 6205-xx will dictate the type of seals/shields in the bearing.

This particular part doesn't really have a lot to do in life other than to prevent radial displacement of the armature under increasing electrical
load conditions.

Thank You Mr burns. I did a search on the forum before posting but did not see the post. Now to get the part and installed before the next round of
storms heading our way.

6205 is the short answer
I found it at advance as
S-205-ff for the $5 one and they had a national bearing same size that was $21.

Update on mine if you read the above thread...
When I got it apart, my armature shaft had been worn down and no longer fit the bearing. Jim Miller recommended I shim it back up, which I have but
have not tested yet.

From what I saw you have to pull the whole rear bell to get that bearing.
