The Company "K & N" makes a reusable Air Filter that will fix the 6 KW
Onan with slight modification. K&N p/n R-1030 @ about $30 (US) at many
local Auto Parts stores. When it gets dirty just clean & oil to
continued use. They also make one for the 455/403 engine. In all
application it will provide much more air than the OEM paper filters &
last much longer.
I have not found a K&N Air Filter for the 4KW Onan.
