Oil change Onan 6k

Hello all,
Time to change the oil in the Onan in preparation for another long trip. Wanting to see what most people are running, synthetic or Dino. Also what weight do you prefer.

10W40 Quaker State All Milage Dino. This oil is the highest rated conventional oil tested by 540 Rat. JWID

The factory manual specifies straight 30 weight for temps above 30F. Not sure synthetic is worth it but am open to considering it.
