I need the name of a really good lawyer in Joplin. My
twin brother has left his wife after many years of abuse. He called me a few
months ago and said he was
leaving...I advised him that it was his moral obligation
to take his three boys with him....turns out its aganist the law for a
spouse to take the kids out of state without the others permission....His
wife abuses
the children mentally and is also pretty rough on them
physicaly...He was arrested over a month ago and is
now in transit from N.H. to Missouri...We dont have much
money and have been burned by lawyers in the recent
past...not for any criminal cases...He is a veteran
of the Panama war,10yrs U.S.A.F. and has never done
anything to break the law..His record is clean...I have
been after him for years to turn his wife in for child
abuse...but he never told the police....I guess its
hard for a man to admit publicy that a woman abuses him
and the kids. Anyway,,were a long way from Missouri
and could use some help...Parental kiddnaping carries
a 20year penalty...go figure!!!!!!
Might be making a trip in the GMC to Missouri soon...
My moms taking this real hard and might be heading out
there on Tuesday....
Sorry guys for the off topic post.
