I have used ozone generators for a variety of reasons.boats bilge, smoke,
auto detailing etc. I have also used various type of chlorine/chemicals.
Ozone is the best..with a big but. It does soften certain plastics (water
hose) and it does change the color in some materials (carpet). And I also
run one constantly in my home for air freshening and mold control in the
winter.
