My experience with Norcold RV refrigerators has all been with new ones.
Perhaps the older ones were made better. I have heard of the technique of
taking the fridge out, gently tapping on the coil, leaving it lay on the
side, etc. If there were obstructions to the flow of refrigerant, this may
dislodge it, allowing the fridge to once again work. It may work for you,
the cost is negligible if you are doing it yourself. But, my customers
resent my charging them for labor to do things that do not succeed.
