I know this may a bit untimely, but here is Ivan Sanchez's e-mail translated
by a friend of mine, Lili Llanas (lllanas), who's is studying

Thank you for your email. I erroneously sent you the information as
26 feet, but my motorhome is 23 feet. I'm not sure if it is a
Birchaven, I couldn't manage to find the number in the glovebox.
Motorhomes aren't very popular in Venezuela, but I have seen some GMC
26's and I would like to know if you have a registry of them and if a
23 footer exists in my country. This motorhome belongs to a TV
station who left it abandoned for more than 4 years. The repairs that
they made were very inadequate. Now, I need some of them replaced. I
would like to know if there is a site on instructions or plans about
how things go, or to buy a manual that can guide me. For example, the
water pump isn't in its place or something is missing, and the air
compressor is missing a lot of pieces, but I don't know which ones. I
was going to travel this Monday the 24th to Miami, but my flight was
canceled because of the hurricane. I hope that all of you are well.
I understand your words in English however, I don't know how to write
it very well. Best Regards, Ivan Sanchez
