One thing that really takes up a lot of space is where the original messages
are still being sent along with replies. Only a couple of these on the same
message and the digest is full. If we just keep to the subject line and
just a part of the original, then it reduces a lot of "stuff." Just edited
one Digest just sent today and reduced it from 38 word pages to 12 and I'm
still not through removing blank lines and spaces that add to sentence
lengths. That's a lot of repeat messages. It did include the Non-GMC items
also, but a lot of that was repeats of previous messages tagged along with
new ones.
