That was exactly how I intended my message to be understood. At
the time of my original message regarding this, there were several
other 'netters' discussing other vendors/suppliers, some who had
been very helpful, and others who were out of favor. I was relating
what we had experienced, nothing more. I am sorry that it has
caused all the time and space to be used for this instead of the
helpful things that we all need.

In my case I would have NOT published my comments regarding Golby unless
someone else asked for an opinion or had a specific problem with them. The
power of the Internet is that several people who have low grade issues or
bigger isssues can in fact make a difference in how companies do business
by banding together.

I have no complaints about what Golby sold me. But my other experiences may
be a factor in someone else deciding to ship a disdabled GMC to Golby's or
not. That's their choice. Now it's a more informed choice.
