I have a completely off-subject question; where better to ask it than here:
where else is there assembled such an erudite crowd?

I am using a PC with Windows98 and IE5; will someone tell me how to make the
upside-down ? for Spanish?

ALT + 0191

While holding down the ALT key, hit 0191 on the key pad. Release the ALT=20
key and the =BF should appear.
