I am pulling my hair out with this Outlook Express... When I set my
reply window to this width all is fine, but when I try to quote
someone, it wraps right column words. So I make my reply window a
little wider, and then it unwraps stuff that I quote. This is what I
mean...

John,

I find that Outlook(and to a lesser extent, Netscape) does the same thing
regardless of window size. My solution is a little time consuming, but
while trimming my quotes, I generally try to rearrange the text using
carriage returns(Enter) and ">"'s keeping it within a range that I thing
Outlook will "like".
