Dave, et al:

A clarification to my March 2nd e-mail. FYI, FMCA says the following
regarding rally's:

Instructions on the Association Calendar Mail-In Form, which is in the
FMC Magazine each month, state that if a chapter advertises their
chapter rally in the FMC Magazine, either in the Association Calendar or
otherwise, the rally is open to anyone.

Dave:

Perhaps you missed my point, that being, FMCA policy says if any FMCA
Chapter advertises their event in the FMCA magazine then it has to be
open to anyone, and I don't believe they qualify the word "anyone".

Is that not a conflict with what you're saying below or if as you say
"is permitted by the FMCA By Laws" that what they say in the magazine is
in conflict with the By Laws?

Shouldn't such be clarified by FMCA?
