No Taillights/Turn Signals

I took the coach out to Grand Ledge last weekend and on the way home...Lost
my rear lights.
I tried replacing two blown fuses but they continue to blow. I crawled
under the rear
and looked around. Can't find anything under. Where should I look? How do
you track
down a short? I think I'll need a "volt meter"? Everything has worked great
for the
first few months...Any Ideas?

Hi Lanier,
I guess I'll have to remove the tape from the wiring harness. It has been
rubbing on
the frame but cant see any bare wire.
