Vic:
I believe what you refer to is a Newmar concept coach shown on
http://www.motorhomereviewonline.com?
Dave:
I noticed an MSV at the Holiday Inn West (US 131, exit 36) when we exited
from eating in the restaurant one Friday evening back in late September
1996, so its nothing real new. In fact Car & Driver featured it in an issue
about a year later. I took pictures of it in the parking lot the next
morning. Part of my album photos now. You'll see when we get together.

A couple of years ago I looked at the MSV and went to the factory for a
tour, test drive and possible purchase. It is a well done unit and drove
nicely with a 454 Vortec pusher at the time. No roof air, small 2.2 KW
generator at the time and not an RV as no bath, etc. I was looking as a
possibility for my mobile demo coach. It was around 70-80K for the shell
and then Custom Coach was doing an interior for another 50 to 100 K
depending on the toys. Nice but you could do a GMC all new and still have
50K in your pocket as chump change.
It did look slick drove nicely and was well put together.
Maybe this is old news, but the vehicle in the middle is called an MSV. I've
seen a few of them in NY made into limos. I also saw a TV show where George
Foreman the boxer had one made into a RV of sorts. Here is some more info.

It doesn't seem too big, but one of the limo drivers I spoke to said it is
very well made, and nice to drive.

Interesting set of pictures, folks are doing a lot of strang things out
there.
did not seem to like the last l on the html. I had to use the following
http://arrowheadinc.com/cd/bus1.htm http://arrowheadinc.com/cd/bus1.htm
I'll take the dash layout for my GMC but otherwise - no thanks. This should
make us GMC'ers proud that even in 2000 it is hard to rival the GMC.
There is a coach I am worried about though. I have seem Johnny Benson arrive
at MIS in it, I have seen a glimpse of it in the movie "Millennium Man," and
found a picture of it at: http://arrowheadinc.com/cd/bus1.html
It is third row down on the left. A white colored pusher. Does anyone know
what it is?

Watch out GMCers, there is about to be a new boy on the block! A new RV
will be on display at a RV show in Tampa this weekend which was apparently
modeled on the GMC. It is called NewAir (my spelling may be wrong), it is a
29 foot diesel pusher, and Jim Anstett who saw a picture of it, says that it
is better looking than the GMC! Apparently it was featured in a magazine
called RV Business. Ray Curtis is sending me a copy of the article but I'm
sure that someone here can get a picture on the net before the post office
manages to deliver the article.
