Rich & Tom & Rick - welcome to the family. The GMC is a lovely coach and I wouldn't consider anything else. I've had mine for 2 seasons now and
this is the best place to be. The folks are great and the help & support you'll get here is unbelievable. Rich, if you can, definitely meet up with
someone in the area that can come with you to see that coach (Mike & Rick

). They may even know of the coach and have some first hand information
for you. When I was hunting, there were members that actually offered (and went) to view a couple of coaches for me, to see if it was worth my
travelling all that distance to see it. I purchased my coach almost completely on the recommendation of a few people who knew the owner, knew the
coach and it's history and had nothing but good things to say about both. I have not regretted it a minute. Their experience is priceless when
you're looking at one of these old coaches. And after you bring her home as well; I am a regular contributor of questions. Not quite enough
experience with her yet to be much help to anyone else, but no one seems to mind. (or if they do they haven't told me yet  )
Joining your local chapter (or 2 if they are both within reasonable distance for you) is a great way to go in addition to this forum.
And Rick! My first trip (last summer) was from BC to Ontario, Ohio and back. Met some great GMCers along the way. Some people I knew thought that
might be pushing the envelope a wee bit. Ladysmith to NS?! In 7 days! That's confidence! Fun wasn't it?!
Enjoy!
