New (to me) 76 Eleganza with fuel issue

That'll work, James. You'll have to mount is in a different place though
because the power connection will interfere with the fuel filler tube.

I need to make an Amazon order and am wondering if this selector is the right
one for our GMC's? (I understand the mounting bracket will be slightly
different.)

Life is too short to hold a grudge; slash some tires and call it even !

Also the new selector valve I believe is reversed from the original as far as tank hose connections go. You want to hook the main tank fuel line to
the port that is open without power to it. But yea I replacd mine and added the Carter pusher pump hit Aux and vroom vroom.
