I use(d) an impact on all wheels. Coach or passcar. Never had a problem. If
they look dry a small shot of wd40 and slow start no problem.

Many years ago at the local Walmart one of the tire jockeys took a customers car for a ride and ran it into a pole. The customer was told to turn in
the damage to their insurance company and let the company subrogate the damages against Walmart. Off the record they were told that Walmart self
insured and never pays out on claims. They only pay claims that have gone through the court system. This keeps down the number of illegitimate
claims against them and they eventually pay only the ones they loose in court.

This was just a story that I heard. I have no first hand knowledge on this.

Keep after Walmart, eventually the store manager will cave in. My son took his family car to Walmart for an oil change. After a short wait the
service rep came out and told him that they couldn't get the drain plug to tighten up when they reinstalled it because the threads on the oil pan
were stripped. My son protested that it was tight and not leaking when he brought the vehicle in. They denied responsibility and the manager went on
to say that it was the fault of the last facility that changed the oil on it. She then said that bolts only get stripped when removing them and not
when tightening them (that was a new one to me). My son remained polite but firm and after listening to some more inane reasoning, the manager finally
agreed to pay for the repair.
So like I said, keep after them and eventually they'll see it your way.
