New owner needs a title

This was just sent to me via the Registry. This is a new owner, and he need some help. Any ideas???

"Can you point me to a motor home vehicle valuation guide recognized by the motor vehicle industry for a wholesale value of my 73 GMC Model 230?
Anything close will help. I need it in support of my efforts to obtain a certificate of title to the vehicle.

In most states all they are looking for is a value to charge sales tax. In my state their books do not go back to the 1970's. They will take a "bill
of sale" signed by the PO to establish the value.
