Gene,

Of the generators that are available for the GMC the Generac Q55-G is the
most popular installation. This first link discusses the pro and cons of
various units and show the installation. The second link is for a Honda
installation. AS a personal observation I have seen both installations
and heard the Generac and Honda run and the Honda was considerable more
noisy both inside and outside the coach.
