I bought this seat, Sedona HR from DiscountVanTruck.com:

and based on the color chips on the website, choose Mocha with Sand trim, which looked like it should match our brown dashboard and the walnut colored cabinets. It arrived quickly after about 4 weeks (was told 8 weeks) , we installed it in the GMC using the old sliders. It bolted up easily with no modifications to the seat at all, and is very comfortable. It has high resiliency foam, Ultimate Leather fabric (vinyl aka Hyde of the Nauga-Beast), manual recline, manual lumbar support. But my better half isn't thrilled about the color.

I called the company and asked about recovering it, they said after shipping it both ways and recovering, I'd be at about the same cost as buying a new one. So with actual fabric samples in hand, we choose another color and ordered two seats this time. They are on the way.

So I loved the seat enough to order two more, it's comfortable, but just not quite the right color for us. Maybe someone here can use it? Make me an offer. I'll pack it up in the same box the new seats come in when they arrive, and ship it to your nearest Greyhound terminal for you to pick up.

The seat was $800 before shipping. Make me an offer! Get this one cheap and then order a new one to match, or just upgrade your seat and the heck with your passenger!

Sure glad i seen this thread buddy.I have the exact same chair on order right now at DVT in MOCHA.
By the sample online,i sure thought the color would be a brown tone at least rather than GRAY.wow.
I am calling them in the AM see if i can change the color to maybe,Decaf or i will be in the same boat as you were.

be different but i wouldn't give 300 for another Flexsteel seat until they change the cusion spring system.

Ok,I just got off the phone with IVAS at DVT. I was asking to change my ordered Sedona Chair to a darker color,making sure i wasn't going to receive a Grey colored chair after ordering it in MOCHA,
IVAS said he doesn't know what went wrong with the chair that appears to be Gray, but he assured me,MOCHA IS DARK BROWN,and my chair will be Dark Brown,so i left the order alone.We both described colors and tinting to each other and i am on the same page as him when we describe what BROWN is and Brown with a Grey tint.He says,NO Grey tint at all,my Mocha chair WILL be Dark Brown.
I sure hope he is correct.Sorry for your deal,it sure looks Gray on my monitor.

Good luck. I just shipped mine to another fellow on this forum for the cost of shipping. To my eye they look grey towards purple.

I was going to say, if DVT won't send you a set of fabric samples (they won't, I tried) then I could send you the samples I got from Shop4Seats.com. They have the same Ultimate Leather fabric names and numbers, so they are using the same supplier for the fabric. Mocha is one of the samples, IL104.

We wanted brown so we bought seats in Chocolate from S4S, their DeLeon seats, and very glad we did.

Just my opinion after going through this, but you definitely want to have fabric samples in hand before ordering your seats. The computer colors from your monitor are not going to look the same as the actual fabric in good light in your RV. If at all possible I would have them put a hold on your order and get samples, either from DVT or S4S. Just my opinion, hope it works out for you.

In the photo above, the sidepanel of the GMC is in the background behind the Mocha colored seat. That's brown. You can see the seat in front of it is not brown, it's more towards gray and to my eye a little purple. imo

Yep,i noticed that panel in the background and i am like,no way the seat can be brown because this background IS BROWN.Well,i called and explained and the ole feller at DVT told me it's too late.That's funny because i ordered 7 days ago with a 3 week lead before shipping,then yesterday afternoon i get a tracking # my seat SHIPPED already.Sure sounds like i am going to be screwed.I want a BROWN chair! He preached it will be dark brown.We will see come Monday. Thanks for the info.Sorry you had to waste that much money when they wouldn't provide you with a sample.I feel i am really going to be pissed off.

This is Chocolate in Ultimate Leather, same fabric company but DVT doesn't offer it on their seats. So we ordered from Shop4Seats.com. Dimensions and drawings are all very similar, I wonder if they are getting their seats from some place else. Anyway, here's that Chocolate seat which I think looks more like brown to me, in front of the same brown side panel and imo it matches pretty well.

Not a great match imo.
 
No question at all which one is BROWN.Wow,how can they even sell the Mocha color and tell you it will be brown is beyond my thinking.How many times a week do they go through this.I would guess every chair they sell in that color.
BTW...Your rebuild is coming along nicely it looks.That's got to be a fun project you have going.Gonna look like a new one when you get thru.
Thanks for the color samples posted.I am fixin to be in the same boat as you were.
