When I picked up my Alcoa wheels last week at S.W. Wheel, I visited with
Derrick a few minutes. Really nice guy. Gave me several copies of the
brochure with the the new wheel. He said the R&D & marketing people are way
ahead of the production people & with OEM backup on the production lines,
these wheels probably will not be available for 6-8 months. I was going to
post pics, but that has been done (still trying to get the hang of the
scanner).
BTW, looks like I will be in Rayne--need to do timing chain, water pump,
oil & trans cooler lines & I'll be roadworthy. More nice weather is sure to
come our way.
