Derek,

To get the rotors off, you need to disassemble the hubs and bearings,
which requires special tools(there's a page on my site dedicated to the
procedure). Replacements are available from the usual
suspects(Cinnabar, Golby, Sirum, Gateway, etc.) - about $150 each, which
is why they should never be turned unless absolutely necessary. If
neither you or a shop in your area are up to the task, you can remove
the entire hub/knuckle assembly and ship to any of the aforementioned
shops and they will do the refurb for you and return them to you.

If you're interested in the tools to do the job, check with Tom Warner
for a great price on bearing puller. The tools featured on my site are
by Ken Thoma(more pricey than Tom's).
