I have a set, but they are from a 403. Quite sure it's a 403, as there are
large numbers to that effect on the right hand side of the block.

Left 403 exhaust manifold will fit a 455, right will not.

Hi Terry,

You still owe me the TZE number and model for your coach. I've written a

Alright, already! It is obvious that you are going to haunt me until I
give you the dern TZE numbers. You will never give me any peace and I
will never be able to sneak on this web site without you tracking me
down like a dog and badgering me into telling you what they are... ok, I
will give them to you under one condition... you have to give them back
when you are through with them! OK?

Man...I feel like I've been violated.

There, I've done it...and it really didn't hurt as much as I thought.
By the way, we didn't go to "hog heaven" but we did ride the "hogs" to
Milwaukee in June for the 95th HD reunion...really awesome!

Love that GMC!

H iTerry,

I guess I can be a big pain! But a guy has to do what a guy has to do
...to track down every one of our Classics!

I promise two things. A/ I will return our TZE after I am though with it
and B/ If you supply all of the info needed for the Registry I'll never
darken you electronic mail box again!

I'll need, your zip and area codes (these two are for sorting purposes)
and the names and state of any prior owners.

I guess your zip to be 70816-xxxx and your area code is 504.

Here is your TZE 365V100837, being returned as promised

Thanks, Terry. I appreciate your good humor!

Hey Dave,

Good guess on the zip and area code, you were wrong, but really good
guess! The REAL zip is 70817 and our NEW area code is 225 (just changed
in August).

The rest of the info you asked for will have to wait until I can dig it
out of all the old papers that came with the Avion. Seems the last
owner was from someplace in MS and before that Houma, LA and before that
some fella who owned a "gentleman's club" on Bourbon St. in New Orleans.

But I will get it pieced together...got plenty of documentation...jusr
short on time.

BTW, just what DO you do with all this info? Do you publish it
somewhere? Are we gonna be listed on some kind of registry? Am I gonna
win something? Or is this just some kind of obsession you have and if
so, are you seeking treatment?

Hi Terry,

You could call this Registry an obsession. I started out to try and find
out where the 1975 Palm Beach I had bought new, had gone. One thing led
to another and we are at 3,425 GMCs already.

It is like an antique or classic car Registry. Find out how many are
still alive and well and where, in the world, are they. We have a hundred
or so in Europe, Australia, etc.

I don't publish any data in raw form. The data you have given me (plus
the additional you said you will send later) remains confidential and is
not loaned, sold, rented, bartered, etc., etc. I have published certain
demographic info in GMC MH MP Magazine and on the Internet. Every once in
a while I will pull together some numbers that show where the coaches are
by state or country and how many there are in each place. That sort of
stuff.

Btw, do you have any info on the Avion coaches, like how many did they
make, any literature, etc? I am also planning an article about the
various companies who finished GMC Transmodes but I need to do a lot of
research first.

Your data will remain confidential and, No, sorry to say there is no
contest, so no prize. I do need to seek treatment as this has grown to
where it is no longer a hobby!

There's a 23' coach sitting at a used car lot in town. It's got 'Cooper'
chrome insignia on the side under the passenger window. I know it's a GMC
but their name is nowhere to be found on it. I'll try an get the TZ info
for ya.
