This really is a good idea. What exactly is the criteria for a
listing ? Consistency is a must (I think).

Since its intended for the traveler to take advantage of during their
travel's, I see it simply as any restaurant outside the national chain (e.
g. Perkins, Cracker Barrel, etc.) and the fast food types that anyone of us
have experienced that they would not hesitate to recommend to the rest of
the group. Nothing against the chain and fast food types, but they are
normally readily advertised along the travel route's.
