Gee I have to get creative with what I call my various vehicles.
So far it's been the GMC or "THE MOTORHOME". I have
to think of a better name. "The Green Weenie" or "The Incredible
Hulk"?

I like that... and I noticed the emphasis on whose it is... What is
that famous song that comes to mind with Margarita in the title (kind of
an unpluggd sound)

Regards,
John

Mines got dubbed "The Green Weenie" the second day I had it and it has
always lived up to it's name.

The name of ours is "Helen Back", because we intent on taking her to hell
and back.

p.s. we have a 40s era pinup that we will be applying next to the name on
the front corners, similar to the 40's bomber art used in WWII.

My wife decided to name our 78 Royale "Sadie" because if she had a ladylike
name she'd be less likely called several other things! (The kids once asked
what she would do [about living where we do at the lake] if anything
happened to me - the response, was, well, on the way home from the funeral
she'd sell the GMC!) BTW, the Blazer behind Sadie is called Towby!

We call our 1975 Avion "Yertle" because our first trip was to Florida to visit
some old school friends. There comment when we told them we were driving the GMC
was that it was like a turtle. i.e.. traveling with our home on our back. It
seems to fit. Also we now tow a VW Rabbit that we call the Hare. Remember
Aesop's fable about the turtle and the hare?

Named mine Stripes... yup, found that in New Mexico they did not have the
name Stripes in the prestige plates. So after seeing the movie, we made
up our name..or borrowed the name.

Look for Stripes and you will find me.
