Mystery wire?

In our 74 sequoia the batteries are arranged with two up front passenger
side and one in the rear genset cabinet. In the rear there is a red wire
dangling that appears to have been previously attached to the positive
battery post and it has a circuit breaker inline. Is this known to be an
original configuration or is this some previous owners jumper for ???

Just curious if anyone else has a similar set up.

Mike,

I don't have my manuals here at work, but I believe that wire originally
connected to the house 12V bus next to the 120V breaker panel. This
probably parallels it with the house battery and the PO might have
disconnected it for that reason. I'm pretty sure that it's shown on the
schematics.
