Anyone have an opinion on what is the best part of the GMCI convention
to go to for technical stuff, 1st or 2nd half of the week?

I will only be able to attend about 3 days and the schedule of
technical subject will not be available until near the convention
date. Probably fly in and need to go ahead and make arrangements
soon.stay somewhere near.

Thanks for any inputs and opinions,
Bill

At Marion, Monday and Tuesday seemed to be more "content-rich", at least
to me. Seemed like they covered more basic stuff(maintenance, running
works, hub and bearing stuff) early and as the week went on, the topics
became more "esoteric"( batteries, inverters,
frame replacement).

Not many hotels on the south side of Myrtle where Lakewood is. You
might be able to rent one of the "permanent" units at either Lakewood or
Ocean Lakes for the week. Otherwise, try for a condo in Garden City or
thereabouts. Should be reasonable in March.

Patrick, thanks. That's just the kind of input I was looking for. I
am going to arrange for the first part of the week. Will also be able
to attend the proposed GMCneters get together Monday. Also, thanks
for tips on places to stay.
