If you haven't been able to locate window channel yet, we have been
informed that channel is (was?) available as a GM part # 2003071.
(Whether still available or not is the question.)
There are other suppliers, however. You might try Whitney, stock #
86XX5269T. Also, Alabama RV in Helena, Alabama (205-425-7900)
specializes in the GMC and used to carry window channel for the GMC.
Mark Creel, the owner, had a lot in stock about a year ago, but we do
not know what his supplies are like now.

the rubber is available from cinnabar for 1.35/ft for large rubber and $1.15
for small. window channel is available in 25 ft rolls. It is an easy job
to replace either.
