Emory, I know you have to join FMCA in order to join a GMC chapter but
are you saying he has to join FMCA in order to attend a rally?

YES -- I had sent an e-mail to the Sect. of the Mountaineers (Carol
Mayo camayo requesting info on the rally and received
a mailing together with an application for FMCA and was told that I
had to be an FMCA member to attend the rally. Since my number is
F10324 and I have been a member since about 1971 that was no problem.
But, apparently, their insurance for their events is part of an FMCA
package and membership is required by attendees.

Perhaps Jerry Hoxsey will read this and respond with more info.
