The circut board is damaged and there is a chip out of one corner of the cover. Are these parts avalable?? New or used would be good. Anyone try to fab the printed circut ?? The copper strips are peeling off and look like too much applyed voltage. What is the reasoning behind the little resistors ?? I realize they are for voltage drop, but do they make the gauges read half full or what ?? Thats my list of dumb questions
