Hey Vic-
Gil mentioned the truck stops-
In my Canadian heavy truck magazines, Mobil lubricants appear to be marketed
in Canada at Husky Truck stops- Imperial Oil used to carry oil at thier
service stations, but I hadn't noticed it lately. GM markets a very fine
dinosaur wheel bearing grease up here also, same stuff they use in ball
bearing wheelbearings on FWD cars, comes in a margarine tub sorta container,
its about $7. Metallic Black stuff, really nice. GM# 993037 $9.55 list,
$6.45 jobber, 500g tub. Dealer parts departments carry it also- apparently
the number is only good in Canada, mught just be the metric container tho.
You might also try the bulk oil places for a better deal on oil. Here in
Vancouver theres a few places carry commercial lubricants in ten gallon (or
so?) pails, and the prices are much lower by the litre. Look under
Lubricants in the Yellow Pages perhaps, one place over by Annicis Island
used to handle Mobil products, I'll try to find thier number for you.
Regards
Brent
