Paul, Glad to hear someone else comment about "Greedy."
As one of the newbies in here, I've been reluctant to comment about some of
the numbers I've seen from some of the recommended sources for some of this
stuff. I sell, too, and fully understand the profit motive. Having said
that, as a buyer, I also understand things like "value" and "benefits."
And, while I also understand that many of these folks provide needed
materials and services we might not be able to get elsewhere, I also
understand "caveat emptor" and want the biggest bank for my finite bucks. I
guess the moral is to shop hard.
Your remark makes me feel better about recoiling from a recent number from
one of the heralded GMC gurus here in the Atlanta area. Probably a good guy
who is simply under the impression that if one owns a GMC, one must either
have more money than sense or is a little out of plumb or both.
